Strong AF Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Strong AF, a short-form video repurposing tool for fitness business operators. By connecting an account to Strong AF or otherwise using Strong AF, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Strong AF

Strong AF is a software service that reads social media posts from a social media management platform (such as SOCi) that you have connected, generates short-form video captions and titles, and publishes approved video to the social accounts you authorize, including TikTok and YouTube. In these Terms, "Strong AF", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the Strong AF service. "You" and "your" refer to the person using Strong AF and the owner of the connected social accounts.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use Strong AF only if you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind any business on whose behalf you connect accounts. You agree to use Strong AF only to repurpose and publish content that you own or are authorized to publish, and only to social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Account ownership and authorization

By connecting an account to Strong AF, you represent and warrant that you are the verified owner or authorized administrator of each connected account, including any TikTok account, YouTube channel, SOCi workspace, or Google Sheets file that you connect to Strong AF. Strong AF only acts on accounts that have been connected through the relevant platform's official OAuth flow.

4. Compliance with platform terms

Strong AF is designed to comply with the developer terms and content policies of the platforms it integrates with. By using Strong AF, you also agree to comply with the terms of every platform you connect, including:

Strong AF does not impersonate users, simulate user input through unofficial means, or post to accounts that have not been connected and authorized through OAuth.

5. Content responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content that Strong AF repurposes and publishes on your behalf. This includes responsibility for the lawfulness, accuracy, rights-clearance, and platform-policy compliance of every post that Strong AF publishes to your connected accounts. Strong AF only publishes content that you have explicitly approved by setting the corresponding tracking-sheet row to AUTOPOST = YES.

6. No warranties

Strong AF is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strong AF disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. You assume all risk associated with using Strong AF, including the risk of platform API changes, account suspensions, or service interruptions outside Strong AF's control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strong AF and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Strong AF, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or platform account actions taken by TikTok, YouTube, SOCi, or any other connected platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strong AF and its operator from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to content you publish through Strong AF, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party platform's terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using Strong AF at any time by revoking OAuth permissions through each connected platform's "Manage app permissions" settings, or by emailing connect@strong-af.net. Upon termination, Strong AF will purge all stored OAuth tokens and cached credentials associated with your connections within 24 hours. Strong AF may also suspend or terminate your access if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that you have violated these Terms or any connected platform's policies.

10. Modifications

Strong AF may revise these Terms as the service evolves or as platform requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of Strong AF after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or Strong AF will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Prince William County, Virginia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
