Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Strong AF (the "Tool"), an internal automation utility operated by the owner of Anytime Fitness Woodbridge (AF1121 and AF2107). The Tool is not a public service and is not offered to third parties.

1. Acceptable use

The Tool is operated solely for the purpose of repurposing the operator's own scheduled social media content from SOCi to short-form video formats on the operator's own YouTube and TikTok accounts. Any other use is prohibited.

2. Account ownership

The operator represents and warrants that they are the verified owner or authorized administrator of every social account connected to the Tool, including but not limited to:

• The Anytime Fitness Woodbridge YouTube channel.
• The Anytime Fitness Woodbridge TikTok account.
• The SOCi management account for AF1121 and AF2107.
• The Google account hosting the tracking spreadsheet.

3. Compliance with platform terms

The Tool is designed to comply with the developer terms and content policies of every platform it integrates with, including:

• The TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
• The TikTok Community Guidelines and Branded Content Policy.
• The YouTube API Services Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines.
• The Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
• The SOCi Customer Agreement.

The Tool does not impersonate users, simulate user input through unofficial means, or post to accounts that have not explicitly authorized it via OAuth.

4. Content responsibility

All content published via the Tool originates from posts the operator has scheduled in SOCi and is reviewed by the operator before publication. The operator is solely responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and rights-clearance of content published through the Tool.

5. No warranties

The Tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator assumes all risk associated with its use, including but not limited to platform API changes, account suspensions, or service interruptions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Tool nor its developer shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Tool. The Tool's developer is also the operator and the owner of the connected accounts; no third-party liability is created by the Tool's existence.

7. Indemnification

Because the operator and the developer are the same individual, no third-party indemnification provisions apply. The operator is solely responsible for compliance with the terms of every connected platform.

8. Termination

The operator may discontinue use of the Tool at any time by revoking OAuth permissions through each connected platform's "Manage app permissions" settings, or by emailing connect@strong-af.net. Upon termination, all stored OAuth tokens and cached credentials are purged within 24 hours.

9. Modifications

These Terms may be revised as the Tool evolves or as platform requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Prince William County, Virginia.
