Strong AF Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Strong AF collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the Strong AF short-form video repurposing service. It applies to all users of Strong AF and to all data that Strong AF processes.

1. About Strong AF

Strong AF is a short-form video repurposing tool for independent fitness business operators. Strong AF reads social media posts that a user has scheduled in a connected social media management platform (such as SOCi), generates short-form video captions and titles, and publishes approved video content to social accounts that the user has authorized — including TikTok and YouTube. Strong AF only acts on accounts that the user explicitly connects via OAuth.

In this Privacy Policy, "Strong AF", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the Strong AF service. "User", "you", and "your" refer to the person operating Strong AF and the owner of the connected social accounts.

2. Information Strong AF collects

2.1 Information you provide directly

When you set up Strong AF, you provide:

• Your contact email address, used by Strong AF for administrative communications and account recovery.
• OAuth authorizations granting Strong AF the right to read from and publish to the social accounts you connect.

2.2 Information Strong AF receives from connected platforms

When you authorize a connection, Strong AF retrieves only the minimum data required to perform the publishing function you have requested:

• SOCi: Strong AF reads the captions, scheduled times, and attached media URLs of posts that you (the connected account holder) have scheduled in SOCi.
• TikTok: Strong AF receives the connected TikTok account's open_id (returned by TikTok's OAuth flow) and uses TikTok's Content Posting API endpoints to upload and publish video on your behalf. Strong AF requests only the scopes user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish.
• YouTube: Strong AF receives the connected channel's ID and uses the YouTube Data API to upload and publish video on your behalf.
• Google Sheets: Strong AF reads from and writes to a private spreadsheet that you (the spreadsheet owner) have authorized as the Strong AF tracking ledger.

Strong AF does not request, retrieve, or store follower lists, audience analytics, direct messages, comments, viewer-level engagement data, or personal data of any individual other than the operator of the connected accounts.

3. How Strong AF uses information

Strong AF uses the information described above solely to deliver the service:

• Strong AF reads your scheduled posts from SOCi in order to identify content eligible for short-form video repurposing.
• Strong AF generates platform-tailored captions, titles, and descriptions for the short-form video versions of your content.
• Strong AF uploads and publishes video to your connected TikTok and YouTube accounts only after you mark the corresponding tracking-sheet row AUTOPOST = YES.
• Strong AF maintains a private audit trail of every repurposed post in the Google Sheet that you have designated as the Strong AF tracking ledger.

Strong AF does not use the information it processes for advertising, profiling, training third-party models, or any purpose other than delivering the publishing service you have configured.

4. How Strong AF stores information

Strong AF stores OAuth refresh tokens, API credentials, and configuration data in a private, access-controlled secret-management environment. Data in transit between Strong AF and connected platforms is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest within Strong AF is encrypted using industry-standard symmetric encryption.

5. How Strong AF shares information

Strong AF does not sell, lease, rent, or share user information with third parties. The only data movement initiated by Strong AF is between the platforms you have explicitly connected (such as SOCi, Google Sheets, TikTok, and YouTube) and Strong AF's own private logging environment, all in service of the publishing tasks you have authorized.

6. Retention and deletion

Strong AF retains OAuth tokens only while the corresponding connection is active. When you revoke a connection — through the relevant platform's "Manage app permissions" settings, or by emailing connect@strong-af.net — Strong AF purges the corresponding tokens and any cached metadata within 24 hours.

Tracking-sheet entries are owned by you in your own Google account, and Strong AF makes no separate copies; you may retain or delete those entries at your discretion.

7. TikTok-specific disclosures

Strong AF integrates with the TikTok Content Posting API in compliance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Branded Content Policy.

• Strong AF only publishes to TikTok accounts that the account owner has explicitly connected via TikTok's official OAuth flow.
• Strong AF does not impersonate users, simulate user input, or post on behalf of any account that has not authorized Strong AF.
• Strong AF requests only the scopes user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish. Strong AF does not request scopes that would grant access to viewers, followers, comments, or messaging.
• Strong AF does not collect, store, or process data about other TikTok users, viewers, followers, or non-operator accounts.

8. Children's privacy

Strong AF is not directed to children under 13. Strong AF does not knowingly collect data from children and is not used to target minors.

9. Your rights

Because Strong AF does not collect data from end users of any gym or from members of the public, no individual other than the operator of the connected accounts has personal data stored within Strong AF. If you believe your data has been incorrectly associated with Strong AF, contact connect@strong-af.net and Strong AF will investigate within 30 days.

10. Changes to this policy

Strong AF may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves or as platform requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision of the Strong AF Privacy Policy.
