Privacy Policy

Strong AF ("the tool", "we", "us") is an internal automation utility operated by the owner of Anytime Fitness Woodbridge (AF1121 and AF2107). This policy describes what information the tool collects, how it is used, and the rights of any individual whose data may incidentally be involved.

1. Scope

Strong AF is not a public product. It is operated by a single business owner for the sole purpose of repurposing the owner's own scheduled social media content. There is no end-user signup, no public-facing accounts, and no third-party customers.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information from the operator

The operator (the business owner) provides:

• Login credentials and OAuth refresh tokens for accounts owned by the operator (SOCi, YouTube, TikTok, Google Sheets).
• Email address (connect@strong-af.net) for administrative purposes.

2.2 Information from connected platforms

When the operator authorizes a connection, the tool retrieves only the minimum data required to perform its function:

• SOCi: the operator's scheduled and published posts for the operator's own franchise locations — caption, scheduled time, attached media URLs.
• TikTok: the connected account's user ID and display name (returned by OAuth), and the API endpoints required to upload and publish video on the operator's behalf.
• YouTube: the connected channel's ID and the API endpoints required to upload and publish video on the operator's behalf.
• Google Sheets: read/write access to a private spreadsheet owned by the operator and used as the tool's tracking ledger.

The tool does not request, retrieve, or store: follower lists, audience analytics, direct messages, comments, or personal data of any individual other than the operator.

3. How we use information

• To read the operator's own scheduled posts from SOCi.
• To generate platform-tailored captions, titles, and descriptions for short-form video.
• To upload and publish video content to the operator's own TikTok and YouTube accounts when the operator approves it.
• To maintain a private audit trail of repurposed content in the operator's Google Sheet.

4. How we store information

OAuth refresh tokens, API credentials, and configuration data are stored in the operator's private secret-management environment. Access is restricted to the operator. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard symmetric encryption.

5. Sharing

The tool does not sell, lease, or share information with third parties. The only data movement is between the platforms the operator has explicitly connected (SOCi, Google Sheets, TikTok, YouTube) and the operator's private logging environment.

6. Retention and deletion

OAuth tokens are retained only while the connection is active. When the operator revokes a connection — via the platform's "Manage app permissions" settings, or by emailing connect@strong-af.net — the corresponding tokens and any cached metadata are purged within 24 hours.

Tracking-sheet entries are owned by the operator in their own Google account and may be retained or deleted at the operator's discretion.

7. TikTok-specific disclosures

This tool integrates with the TikTok Content Posting API in compliance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Branded Content Policy.

• The tool only posts to the TikTok account owned and verified by the operator.
• The tool does not impersonate users, simulate user input, or post on behalf of any account that has not explicitly authorized it via OAuth.
• The tool requests only the scopes video.publish and video.upload. It does not request user data scopes such as user.info.basic beyond what is required for OAuth identification.
• The tool does not collect, store, or process data about other TikTok users, viewers, followers, or non-operator accounts.

8. Children's privacy

Strong AF is not directed to children under 13, does not knowingly collect data from children, and is not used to target minors with any content.

9. Your rights

Because the tool does not collect data from end users of the gym or the public, no individual other than the operator has data stored within it. If you believe your data has been incorrectly associated with this tool, contact connect@strong-af.net and we will investigate within 30 days.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated as the tool evolves or as platform requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
