Repurpose scheduled social posts into short-form video, automatically.

Strong AF is an internal content automation utility used by the owner-operators of Anytime Fitness Woodbridge (AF1121 — River Ridge Blvd, and AF2107 — County Center) to repurpose social media posts already scheduled in our SOCi account into platform-native video formats for YouTube Shorts and TikTok.

This tool is operated by the business owner for the owned and verified social accounts of two Anytime Fitness franchise locations. It is not a public product, does not collect data from end users of the gyms, and is not offered as a service to third parties.

What it does

  • Reads scheduled and published posts from our SOCi account.
  • Generates short-form video captions, titles, and descriptions tailored to each platform's character limits and discovery patterns.
  • Tracks every repurposed post in a private Google Sheet that the owner reviews before anything is published.
  • Publishes approved video posts to our owned YouTube channel (Anytime Fitness Woodbridge) and our owned TikTok account when the owner flips the AUTOPOST flag to YES.

What it doesn't do

  • It does not scrape or republish content from other creators or other businesses.
  • It does not collect personal data from gym members, the public, or end users.
  • It does not offer signup, account creation, or any user-facing functionality.
  • It does not post to any account that is not owned and verified by the operator.

How TikTok integration works

    Owner authorization. The operator authorizes Strong AF via TikTok's official OAuth flow. The redirect URI is https://strong-af.net/auth/tiktok/callback. Only the business-owned TikTok account is connected.

    Scoped access only. The tool requests the minimum scopes required to publish video content to the connected account: video.publish and video.upload. No follower data, audience data, or messaging scopes are requested.

    Owner-approved publishing. Each piece of content is reviewed by the operator in a private tracking sheet. Nothing publishes automatically until the operator marks the row AUTOPOST = YES.
  4. 4
    Token storage. OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest in the operator's private credential store. They are never exposed to any third party and are revoked immediately if the connection is terminated.

    Disconnection. The operator can revoke access at any time from the TikTok app's "Manage app permissions" settings or by emailing connect@strong-af.net. All stored tokens are purged within 24 hours of revocation.

Strong AF is built and operated by the owner of the two franchise locations above. All content published via this tool originates from the locations' own SOCi-scheduled posts and is published only to social accounts owned and verified by the operator.
