What Strong AF does

Generates short-form video captions, titles, and descriptions tailored to each platform's character limits and discovery patterns.
Tracks every repurposed post in a private Google Sheet that you review before anything is published.
Publishes approved video posts to your connected YouTube channel and TikTok account when you flip the AUTOPOST flag to YES.

What Strong AF doesn't do

Strong AF does not collect or republish content from creators or businesses you don't own.
Strong AF does not collect personal data from gym members, viewers, or the public.
Strong AF does not auto-publish: every post requires explicit operator approval.
Strong AF does not post to any account that has not been connected and authorized by the account owner.

How Strong AF integrates with TikTok

Account owner authorization. The account owner authorizes Strong AF via TikTok's official OAuth flow. The redirect URI is https://strong-af.net/auth/tiktok/callback. Strong AF only connects to TikTok accounts that the user explicitly authorizes.

Scoped access only. Strong AF requests the minimum scopes required to publish video content to the connected account: user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish. Strong AF does not request follower data, audience data, or messaging scopes.

Owner-approved publishing. Each piece of content is reviewed in a private tracking sheet. Strong AF does not publish anything automatically until the account owner marks the row AUTOPOST = YES.

Token storage. Strong AF stores OAuth refresh tokens encrypted at rest. Tokens are never exposed to any third party and are revoked immediately if the user terminates the connection.

Disconnection. The account owner can revoke Strong AF's access at any time from the TikTok app's "Manage app permissions" settings or by emailing connect@strong-af.net. Strong AF purges all stored tokens within 24 hours of revocation.

Strong AF is built for independent fitness business operators — gym owners, studio operators, and franchise owner-operators — who already schedule social media content through a calendar tool like SOCi and want a simple, reviewable way to repurpose that content as short-form video on TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Strong AF is not a consumer product. It is operated by the business owner of each connected account, on the accounts that owner controls.
